Plan questions, answered.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans are prorated and refundable for any full months remaining. We'd rather keep you because you want to stay, not because you're locked in.
We can. Add a second furnace, heat pump, or ductless head for a small per-system fee. Multi-system homes are common in Central Oregon, and we'll quote it honestly on the in-home visit.
Members go to the front of the line, 24/7. Comfort and Whole-Home members also skip the after-hours diagnostic fee entirely — you only pay for the actual repair, at your member discount.
Whole-Home plans transfer to the new owner at no cost — a genuine selling point on the listing. Essential and Comfort plans can be transferred to your new Central Oregon address instead, if you're staying in our service area.
