Home · Our team
A small, steady team that's been together for years. You'll see the same faces each visit — and they'll remember yours.
Lead dentist & founder
Naomi opened Aster in 2017 with one stubborn belief: that dentistry didn't have to feel clinical or frightening. After a decade in busy group practices, she wanted a studio where she could actually sit with people, explain everything, and never watch a clock.
She trained at Midwestern University and is certified in Invisalign and implant restoration, but what patients remember most is how unhurried she makes the whole thing feel. Outside the studio she's usually on a slow trail run somewhere up in the McDowells.

Lead Hygienist
Lena has been keeping Scottsdale smiles healthy for twelve years. She's the reason so many nervous patients finally relax in the chair.
Patient Coordinator
Sofia is the warm voice on the phone and the one who untangles insurance and financing so you never have to. Nothing fazes her.
How we work together
We've stayed deliberately small so care never feels like a conveyor belt. Fewer chairs, more attention.
You see the same dentist and hygienist each time, so nothing gets lost between visits and you never have to start your story over.
Modern digital tools, ongoing training, and the time to do careful work. We'd rather be unhurried and right than fast and forgettable.
We learn your name, your nerves and your coffee order. After a couple of visits, this stops feeling like the dentist and starts feeling like yours.
Book a first visit and we'll introduce you to the whole team — and the quietest dental chair in Scottsdale.
