Good questions
01 Why appointment-only?
Because the alternative is a waiting room, and we'd rather give you a confirmed hour than a maybe. It also means the studio stays calm — for you and for whoever's in the next chair.
02 How far ahead should I book?
Most weeks book about a fortnight out. Colour and bridal fill further ahead — six to eight weeks for a wedding trial. If you're flexible on day, we can often find something sooner.
03 Are the prices fixed?
Prices on the index start from. Cut and skin are usually firm; colour and extensions are finalised once we've seen your hair — quoted at consultation, never sprung on you at the till.
04 What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to move or cancel. Because we never double-book, a no-show is a chair no one else could use — the notice keeps the room fair for everyone.
05 I don't know which service I need.
