A home is the longest thing you'll ever own.
Every listing begins as a drawing.
We represent buildings the way a gallery represents a body of work.
Meridian is a small Denver firm by design. We take a handful of listings a season so each one is photographed, drawn, priced, and shown with the attention it deserves.
Most of what we sell is residential — lofts in LoDo, foursquares in Wash Park, a few quietly important modern houses. Some of it we also manage, year over year, for owners who would rather travel than chase a furnace.
What we don't do is volume. We'd rather sell six houses beautifully than sixty in a rush.
Three from the current folio.
A standing rotation, never more than a dozen at once. The full set lives in the listings index.
A clear-eyed monthly figure, before you fall in love.
Principal, interest, taxes & insurance
Estimates only — taxes modeled at the Denver effective rate, insurance at typical premiums. Your Meridian agent will run exact figures with a lender.
They priced our loft to the dollar and we had three offers in a weekend. No theatrics, just a steady hand.
I live abroad and Meridian has managed my two rentals for six years. I genuinely never think about them. That is the entire point.
We were nervous first-time buyers. Priya walked us through every line of the offer twice and never once made us feel small.
The listing photos and the floor-plan drawings made our mid-century house look like the museum piece it is. Buyers noticed.
