A patient search led by someone who has walked the block. We read the disclosures line by line, pull the permit history, and write offers that win without overpaying. First-time buyers and seasoned collectors get the same hours.
Property management
For owners who would rather not think about it. We screen tenants, hold the reserve, dispatch the plumber at 2 a.m., and send one clean statement a month. We manage 312 doors across Denver and answer to each of them by name.
